[302/365] Snowtober

Apparently, that was the official hashtag on Twitter for yesterday's storm. We got mainly rain and sleet in our area, with just an inch or so of snow. Up in Douglas, our friends and former neighbors reported 9 inches of wet, heavy snow. Add to that strong winds and trees still full of leaves, and they lost several branches as well as their power. In fact, many trees around here are still full of green leaves, since it was still warm only a couple of weeks ago. Strange weather, indeed.
