The Awesome List

I was going to cop out of this week's list meme and make a list about why my son is great. I mean, when Santa asked him what he wanted for Christmas, his response was "A penguin Dream Lite, for Mommy." How sweet is he? But I talk about how he's awesome all the time, and I need to work on my self-confidence issues. So, staying true to this week's topic (suggested by Mrs.M from The Bonny Bard), I present:

10 REASONS I AM GREAT

1. People can rely on me for photos of any occasion.
2. I'm a pretty good baker.
3. Despite some of the things I may have written on my blog, I do tend to keep an optimistic view of life. When things are bad, I always seek the positive.
4. I learn quickly.
5. I play hockey. Bonus points for being a goalie. (OK, maybe that's a different list: "10 Reasons I'm Crazy.")
6. I'm polite.
7. I get along with all different kinds of people.
8. Try out your bad jokes on me! I laugh at just about anything.
9. My son seems to think I am, so I must be a good mama.
10. I'm just like everyone else. God makes us all great, in different ways.
