Today's theme was "Attitude Adjustment." As in, giving ourselves a little nudge to get out of any funk we might be in from the busy, stressful holiday season. I think the instructor was looking for something a little more sassy, but I think the Grinch might know a thing or two about adjusting the attitude. This is one of my favorite Christmas stories, and my favorite part of it. I can be a real grinch sometimes, but when I think about what really matters -- what life is really about -- I can't help but smile.
