One of the perks of living in the Ocean State is the close proximity of beaches. I am also lucky enough to work pretty close to most of our beaches. I had the brilliant idea to have my mother and Josh meet me at the beach this evening, after I got out of work. It's been so hot lately, and I knew Josh would be melting at his track meet. I think my little fish enjoys the water more, anyway.
No heat and humidity here, and a nice cool breeze off the water. The water was warm enough for a comfortable swim, too. Just perfect.
